Not prompt and accurate in communication and deliveries.

I'm a very unhappy customer with this courier company The consultants in the call center are *********** and give false reports and the promptness of deliveries is not of essence. A consignment that was supposed to be delivered today from MTNSA is only going to get delivered to me a week later due to their *********** call center employees and their rude drivers. The communicated the wrong time thereby disadvantages me. I am not paying for a package that I have not received. They're an arrogant courier service definitely do not deserve anyone's money. I am totally not impressed.
