NOT IMPRESSED with DSV Road and I would not use DSV Road but this is who Makro chooses for their deliveries. Why am I not impressed? My last 2 DSV Road deliveries: - Last week [January 2023]: DSV went to the WRONG TOWN to deliver my Makro order. - In November 2022: delivery date debacle - DSV indicated a date but tried to deliver 2 days earlier. Naturally there was no one at home to receive the parcel as I had made plans for the date that I had been given. Apart from the above, your customer service agent doesn’t bother to read or chooses to ignore what I write in my emails. Her answers are standard answers with no correlation to my query/comment. Thus, my initial statement!
