Not delivered.
Very disappointed.... My parcel was posted on the 13th of December 2021. Should be delivered today... I sent multiple emails because there isn't an update to say if my package is on delivery. I called in and they told me that my package will only be delivered on Monday... I run a small business and I have urgent products that needs to be given to my clients this evening. I find it very unprofessional. I need my parcel urgently.
