Not a fan really

First time having something delivered with DSV and it wasn't the worst experience but their communication is terrible. 3 days in a row i would receive a sms saying my parcel will be delivery before the end of the day, so each day I was waiting for it and nothing came, it was only one the last day my parcel actually got delivered, I also didn't get notified that my parcel was delivered or that someone signed for it (it got delivered at my work) The website is also weird, when tracking my parcel it would say the delivery date is the 27th of November no matter what day I checked it, even when the 27th already passed. I atleast got my parcel but the tracking and being notify is terrible
