Non existent service from agents who dont give a **** to do their jobs.

This must be the worst courier service next to TNT in South Africa. After phoning in MULTIPLE times to arrange urgent delivery of my bank card I keep getting told the delivery date is unchanged. Every time I phone them I get "I'll send an escalation through for urgent delivery" surprise surprise that it doesn't happen. Why have people in a call center even bother answering the calls if they are going to do nothing about the queries. I need my new bank card as I cannot access my money without it. These people are useless and deserve to be closed down.
