Non delivery of study material

I have been waiting for my Unisa study material that was sent out on the 16 of July 2015 and to day I am still waiting. I have spoke to Caroline mataboge on the 30 July 08:17who told me that she will follow up with my package. Today 31 July 2015 I spoke to the very same person two was rude and told me there is nothing she can do and she can not force Pretoria to deliver the package. Occasionally she just told me that my package will be delivered Saturday.
