NON DELIVERY OF MTN PARCEL
I have been waiting for the delivery of my parcel from MTN since 03 July 2024. DSV Durban branch makes appointments and then their drivers do not honour those appointments. They don't even bother to call and inform me of the reasons why they didn't deliver my parcel which I need so urgently. DSV is dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional and disgusting. I pray that I never deal with them ever again.

14 Jul 2024, 11:25Following my complaint I was contacted by the Head office who promised me that my parcel would be delivered the following day by the Durban branch. The Durban branch did not do that! Instead they said they will deliver it on Tuesday, 23 July 2024 - not the following day as promised by the Head Office. I told them that on Tuesdays I am not available at the delivery address because I have to attend a meeting at Kokstad every Tuesday. The lady from the Durban branch said they will have to send my parcel back to MTN if they cannot reach me on Tuesdays. I have been forced to take leave on Tuesday, 23 July 2024 in order to sit and wait for my parcel. I am not optimistic that it will be delivered. Terrible, terrible experience with DSV. Scoundrels of note ! Very lenient on their delinquent drivers.
