Non communication
Hi i have recently takenout a contract with MTN online i have got an email stating that my parcel is with dsv order 1-********** and that i should contact them but i have sent numerous emails to dsv and mtn with no response from either one

13 Oct 2021, 12:47This is absolutly utter nonsense, i have got an sms from dsv informing me my package would be delivered today
one of their freindly consultants contacted e to advise of this, however i did make mention that i will be at delivery add up until 1pm
tried callin them numerous times just being transferred to diff departments and call keeps getting cut off being on hold contiuously..
please advise whats going on...
