Nobody answers the phone
Got 2 missed calls in quick succession that I was not able to take, then message to call them with a ref number. Nobody answers the phone. Tried twice, waiting for over 15 mins each. Logged request on website, still waiting for a response to get package delivered. Will be requesting standard bank to use another delivery service.
