"No" to DSV!

I'm absolutely horrified by the complete lack of any form of "ability" of DSV to do a basic collection and delivery of a parcel. They will give you an SMS for a time slot within which the parcel can be expected to be delivered. THEN THEY JUST DON'T SHOW UP!!! When tracking the parcel, it just says delivery failed. And they will not make any effort to resolve the situation... Don't even try to call them, as they're not at all bothered to assist you. You'll hang on for 15mins at a time without being helped. And IF, only IF, they do call you...they drop the line when you answer.

Avoid them like the plague at all costs...not worth your money to use them. They're about as useful as a bag of dirt.
