No service #rather never service

Most terrible service ever!!!!!!!!!! This courier company never gets back when i follow up. On my parcels. I have phone 8 times literally and asked to speak to a manager then she is on lunch permanently thats why the workers have a no care attitude???? Lead by example???? The courier gentleman that delivers phoned to advise he is at the gate when I went out their was no one I phone back to enquir where he was he said he doesn't have all day????? And then a parcel that had to be delivered i 3 days took 7 days? I called the call center literally 8 times they promises to get back. To me but yet empty promises just kept on being made. So I went on the website yesterday and requested a call for yet a another parcel to be delivered which I should have al ready received a parcel once again but nothing cant get hold of anyone. If my parcel is not delivered today I will take legal acction as I can no longer accept the service that is being paid for. Not very confident that any one will get back to me.
