No Service Never Answer Phones

<p>UTI were tasked by ABSA to send car papers to a branch nearby (car paid off).</p> <p>They never answer their phones on any of their numbers.</p> <p>I am not the only complainant, </p> <p>Disgusting service!!!</p>
