No service at all!!!!!

I have been sitting at home for two days waiting for a parcel, that has not been delivered!!!! There was no one here! They schedule a delivery and then no one phones or even stops at my house. They lie!!!!! After I have phoned and was kept on the line for how long.

They are useless!!!! No customer service, no way to contact or track. Terrible terrible service!!!!!!! No sense of urgency at all!

What is the use of phoning a client and arranging delivery of the courier or delivery guy does not give a damn!!! You record my phone calls but no effort made to execute the instructions!!! You do not deserve to be in business.

Since lockdown we have had interactions with various courier companies and none was even remotely as bad as you!
