NO RESPONSE! NO DELIVERY

a parcel was supposed to be deliverd on friday 25th september. i called them yesterday morning (29th september) to find out where the parcel was, nobody could give me an answer, kept saying the last notes made on the system was on the 24th. they said someone from customer service will call me in the next 2 hours. Nobody called me. i called back at 4pm and the the guy told me the same story! i asked to speak to a manager he said nobody will be able to tell me where the parcel is, i must wait for customer service! its the next day already and still nobody has gotten back to me!!! this is absolutely ridiculous!
