No parcel delivery
I have been waiting on my UNISA study material for almost a month. The online portal for tracking parcels is not being updated, I have to wait a minimum of 10 minutes for a call to be answered and each time I get through I am promised that I will be receiving my parcel the following day. I have been calling for the past 3 days!! This is ridiculous!
