I would give them a ZERO if I could. We use DSV on a regular basis. I arranged a collection just after 9am yesterday morning. I booked the parcel on Express and made sure it will be delivered on time. At 5Pm the parcel was not collected I called immediately only to be told `that no driver accepted the collection`. I wrote to the customer service department and Lilly said she tried to call me once, I rep**** to her email twice without any response. None of the telephone numbers are working today so no one can assist.
