No Delivery Services
UTi is responsible to courier study material for UNISA students. My son's study material is on their floor since 10 th February 2016. On the 19 February I started to trace his parcel number. After several call and follow up's his parcel is still on he floor. The person responsible to dispatch the parcel is making promises to the call centre people, and promise every day that they will see if a vehicle will be available the following day since last Friday. UTI will be held responsible for my son's study fees, because he was not able so submit his first assignment due on 22 February.
