No delivery, poor service
They don't deserve any star, very useless, Order number RUNWS***4 | *** , parcel was scheduled to be delivered on the 18th November today is the 28 November, no delivery and no communication, Called several times and when I track the parcel it shows it was return as they cannot get hold of the customer and no one ever called me. I tried to call DSV and they said they are still investigating, very poor service as the person I bought this for already left to another city without her gifts
