No delivery of courier item.
Follow up on item not delivered since 24 Dec. Had an apology email sent though hello Peter. Phone call on 6/7/2020 say they will esculate the problem. Will after another 4 phone calls guess what, absolute nothing has happened. Letter still not delivered and consultants keep saying it will be esculate. All words and no action. Worst experience of my life. Pathetic.
