No delivery, No phone calls, Bad Service

<p>this is not the first time i have received bad service from DSV. Day 1: my parcel goes out for delivery and then never arrives and no one phones to inform me. Day 2: I have to phone them to find out where it is. then they tell me they phoned all day and the driver was at the house no one was home. BULL, there is always someone home, infact there were 3 people at home on this day. But not to worry they promise to deliver this morning (day2). 14:30 guess what. again i have to ask them where is my parcel. OH surprise, we phoned all day to confirm your address, but you did not answer. BUT I confirmed it this morning when i phoned YOU to find out where my delivery is. and my phone is still right NEXT to me. Now they want to deliver tomorrow. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. NO ONE HAS PHONED ME AND THERE IS STILL SOMEONE AT HOME, WAITING FOR THIS PARCEL.</p>
