No Delivery / No communication
On the 3 Mar 23 I received a call from Dsv to arrange the delivery of my phone on the 6March. I told them I'll in the office from 12:00 to 14:00 they assured me that the driver will be be in my vicinity around that time and they will call me 30 minutes prior to the delivery. It is now 15:00 nobody has called me to update me as to what is happening. Tried calling several times the call goes unanswered. I put my things on hold so I can be available for delivery. Your service delivery is very disappointing to say the least
