No delivery made!!!!!

I have a packaged that is with DSV, on the 18th of March I received a call from them to verify me and also confirm the delivery day. They set the delivery for the 23rd of March and proceeded to send an sms with the confirmation and ref number. The first problem was that I could not track the parcel on their website. But no panic, I waited for the 23rd and even reschedule a trip I was supposed to take on the weekend so as to not miss this delivery which needs me to collect so they can also take my biometrics. Needless to say it is now the 23rd of March at 20:40 pm and my order has not arrived . No email,call or sms to let me know why my package was not delivered. And worse thing is they only come to my area two days a week, which means now I have to wait for Thursday and hope it comes then. I am supposed to travel on Wednesday. This is soooo frustrating. I can't move my trip and I can not miss this package. I am beyond ****ed off. especially because I have received no communication as to why the order did not arrive.
