No delivery for 2 weeks after false update on tracking website

I’m so disappointed in this courier service. I don’t understand why they have agreed to deliver student parcels from Unisa when they can barely deliver on time. This is serious prejudice because the study guides are the primary source of study material and a delay in delivery means a delay in submitting assignments. This is a disgrace, I’ve been waiting for my parcel for 2 weeks now and everytime I call I’m told they’ll transfer my query to the rest of the team. There is no effective communication and confirmation of when the delivery will be made. I’m highly disappointed.
