No delivery

Good day i hope this mail finds you ****ed up... My mtn parcel was with Dsv from the 17th of November till to date, they failed dismissaly to deliver my package on seceral occasions the agents would arrange a delivery only to get a call aoround 16h00 to apologize and arrange another delivery day... The service is ****ed up you avail yourself to recieve the delivery no communication nothing at all you just be sitting home whereas you could've done something productive eith that time... You arrange to recieve at your work address they fail to deliever too... Hence the drivers *****s other people merchandise and sell it on the streets theres no ****ing order in your administration nothing at all y'all are *********** failing to deliver a small thing... This courier can never be trusted...
