No delivery at all only to find it was delivered

Placed an order with a company in Sandton which uses UTi sun couriers to deliver products to their customers. I'm afraid my parcel contained a product that costs R800 which to me is a lot of money. I never received the parcel only to find that it was delivered 3 days ago to a person called \Caroline". Why was the parcel given to a stranger and not the person who's name appears on the package. I really don't understand. I got no call from the driver not the company whatsoever. I am dissatisfied and I want my parcel or my money right now. It is of utmost importance.
