No delivery and unable to find out why.
I had a urgent vehicle spare part sent up from Pinetown to JHB on 21 December 2023, it was supposed to be delivered on 22 December. It is now 28 December 2023 and i am unable to find out why it is not being delivered. Each time that a package is sent to me DSV loads the suburb as Rand Leases Ext1 Roodepoort, instead of Randpark Ridge. This has now happened 5 times in a row. Each time the sender has confirmed that the correct address was supp**** to DSV.
