No delivery and arrogant agents!
These guys are unprofessional!!! MTN needs to stop dealing with them and making our lives a mystery! They failed to deliver my parcel on the 30th April which I made arrangements with them to get it delivered yesterday 6th May 2024 between 12 and 3pm. Up until now they haven't delivered the parcel. The agent that I spoke to, who supposedly help me to reschedule was arrogant on the phone as if I owed her something. This company is gone from bad to worst!
