no delivery

My parcel has failed to reach me twice, its been two weeks and my parcel seems to be signed by two different ppl with the same address as me, this is honestly incompetence, they have my number why not contact me.... This service is honestly appalling wouldn't recommend it to anyone who lives further than 15km, the consultants lie abt the whereabouts of the vehicle when u use their tracking system... Honestly it's trash
