No delivery

Been waiting for a delivery for 2 weeks. Everytime I call they say it was loaded this morning on their way for delivery today. It's my UNISA books. Assignments are due in 3 days and still I don't have my books. Terrible service and not one employee with good ethics. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED COMPANY.

I spent the third day in a row with your call center. Once again as the previous two days i was told it's out for delivery today. So for the third day in a row I was **** to by your team and no delivery yet.

Still no response from anyone. See what I mean by DSV Distribution not doing anything.... DSV notification dated 1 Feb 2018: (today's date 19 Feb 2018 - 19 days later) DSV Collection Notification Your UNISA Shipment UNIDS ********** 6 with Reference ********** 5 has been collected by DSV. Delivery should be within 1 – 6 days. For queries call DSV on 0 ********** 80.
