no delivery

I was informed of a delivery tuesday- took of work and waited, nothing- then it was moved to thursday - again took off work and nothing happened. Then again delivery scheduled for today. It is now nearly 7 and no delivery. When I phoned I used nearly R100 airtime and was informed that they could not get hold of me yesterday (which is nonsense) but delivery is scheduled for today.
