No delivery!!
Ref number UNIAS***1,I was sent a sms advising me that my delivery is due on the 10th July 2015,to date I have not received my parcel I contacted the call centre on the 14th July to inquire about my parcel,an agent advised me that she will log a query with the relevant department who will contact me in 24 hrs,I haven't received any call or my parcel.I was advised to use UNIAS***1 as reference to my query, on teh call I was told my parcel was with a 3rd party .The parcel contains my study material and I'm already a week behind,I find UTI's service appalling since I have logged an inquiry and complaint on their website and to date no one has given me feedback.
