No customer service!

This company is supposed to deliver my credit card from absa. I've been waiting since January. I've received an sms om 24 January hat they will phone me to confirm delivery. Never received the call. I've contacted absa end of Feb to enquire and again they sent an sms stating that they will contact me. The call came on 29 Feb at 10:46. I was busy teaching a class and couldn't answer. No further communication from them. Today i contacted absa again and was told that they won't deliver unless i answer my phone in class. I can't believe that 2 sms's and 1 call in 2 months amount to any service.
