No credit card delivery

You called to tell me you were delivering my Standard Bank credit on the Tuesday before the Easter weekend. You didn't. You left me without a credit card for the Easter weekend. This is not the first time i have dealt with your incompetence and due to this I will be canceling this card that I've had for 20 years.
