No collection, no paperwork, no delivery
I arranged a collection last week Monday. The parcel has still not been collected. The supplier where the parcel was to be collected said DSV came there with no paperwork no idea who they collecting for or where the parcel was going. As they send out many parcels they can't just give the courier any parcel. This is the second time it has happened. I am extremely disappointed
