No answer constantly

On Tuesday the 14th of April 2015 one of the UTI delivery trucks bumped a parked car in our parking and drove off not notifying anyone. After finally getting a number for the fleet manager Kenny the incident was reported. When following up the next day phoning about 6 times with no answer I was eventually assured by Kenny that he will call back at 3pm after he had spoken to the transport manager? On Friday calling all day to find out about the progress of the report there was no answer. Still waiting for a response. Very disappointed with the bad service.
