Never use DSV DISTRIBUTION

I have important documents ( Vehicle NATIS DOCUMENTS for change of ownership ) from the bank that I am waiting for, and the damn DSV DISTRIBUTION COMPANY not just delivered the documents to the wrong address, but even gave it to a complete stranger, the documents were delivered to my work address on the 20 December when we were closed and there is no one nor any security there to sign for the documents, the damn Idiots gave it to a complete stranger and it's completely un acceptable. How can they do this, it is now costing me more money to fix there ***** up, I will never use them again and I will continue to tell people never to use them.

They never even tried to make contact with me to arrange a time time or date for delivery.
