NEVER USE DSV COURIERS! STOCK VALUED AT R40,000 ****** FROM PARCEL BY STAFF MEMBER AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY LOSS 2x Cellphones worth R40,000 ****** from parcel at Bloemfontein Branch by nightshift staff Member. We requested footage of this, but was told the Surveilance cameras are not working. They caught the staff Member but only recovered one phone. We received a letter from their Attorneys stating they take NO responsibility for the loss, but are willing to refund us R250 courier fee and the 1x Cellphone recovered from the ***** (no box, no charger). When we disputed the facts that they should pay the value of the ****** phones they Blatently refuse!! DO NOT SEND PARCELS VIA DSV COURIERS! IT IS NOT SAFE AND THE COMPANY IS UNREASONABLE! I am on the brink of cancelling all my affiliated companies' accounts with them.
