My parcel wasn't delivered

My parcel wasn't delivered. I was expecting my parcel on Tuesday afternoon, but I didn't receive it. I had to call and find out what happened and they sent me up and down. I eventually opted to pick up the parcel in East London , i had to travel from Queenstown to East London and use my own expenses to pick up a parcel that was supposed to be delivered. However the person who assisted me throughout the whole ordeal deserves a 5 star. Tumi Diale arranged everything for me and kept in contact with responding on time. I really appreciated her assistance.
