My parcel was scheduled to arrive on the 4th of August,now I understand that there was a taxi strike in Cape Town but there was no communication I received and I had to call several times.On the day it was said to arrive which was now the 10th I still did not get any email or phone call,again I called your customer care just to get information as I needed to be elsewhere that day and yet the lady assured me that it was gonna be delivered that day but I only got it the following morning
