My parcel was out on delivery on the 19th Jan but i only received in on the 24 Jan

My parcel was out on delivery on the 19th Jan but i only received in on the 24 Jan.On 20th Jan I received a call that I would get it on the 23 Jan but I did not .The man that rep**** to my email was very kind and helpful and helped a lot but when I phoned DSV ROAD Durban distribution the agent was rude and unhelpful. After emails and countless phone call I finally got my parcel . HP138
