My parcel was not fetched from the DSV convenience store in DBN from 7/12/2023 and only collected the following week 14/12/2023 after my numerous E-mails and 3 telephone calls

My parcel was not fetched from the DSV convenience store in DBN from 7/12/2023 and only collected the following week 14/12/2023 after my numerous E-mails and 3 telephone calls. Eventually it was delivered on 18/12/2023 to JHB. I wouldn’t use DSV again - your customer consultant agents require training to read E-mails and respond to customers appropriately instead of asking stupid questions
