My parcel was not delivered on the day as stated in the SMS I received

My parcel was not delivered on the day as stated in the SMS I received. The next day I phoned your client number 3 times and the 2 ladies and one male could not tell me as to why the parcel was not delivered. I phoned your East London branch, and the lady got hold of the driver who said he was too busy in Beacon Bay and could not come to Gonubie, 10km away. She said I could make arrangements to meet the driver somewhere to receive my package. Now, is it my responsibility to go collect my package which was not delivered as stipulated or your company who were tasked to deliver it. The parcel was delivered about 30 minutes after my last irate call. Thanks
