My parcel was not collected due to a faulty locker
My parcel was not collected due to a faulty locker. Only after I asked why my parcel hasn't been delivered was something done. It took weeks to get my parcel back to me. I should have collected it myself as was suggested. It would have been 20 minutes out of my day. I had to courier my parcel overnight to my client. My query was closed and I still havent received my money back. So thanks to DSV I had to pay twice for a parcel. Only good thing is Choene Monyamane who tried his utmost to help me, but got such a fright when I asked my money back that he is gone now too.

27 Mar 2023, 09:28After being called while in a meeting and reacting to a follow up email nothing came of this promise. Even after including 6 cc'd email addresses. If not one of six people of DSV cares to follow up, I have no hope for service delivery of any sort. Stay away from this company.
