My parcel from DSV couriers was supposed to be delivered on the 6th Feb 2025

My parcel from DSV couriers was supposed to be delivered on the 6th Feb 2025. Was Not delivered. Next morning started phoning the national support centre and was told that I rejected the parcel! Then found the local depot and reported. About 90 minutes later the driver called and inform me he was on his way to me. Then 15 min later phoned me.. He had no clue where I was and told me his phone does not show any location! I was with him on the phone for the next hour and tried to direct him. Then I went looking for him and luckily found him on the R30! Very dissapointing experience and up to today, no support centre or depot phoned me back. Unfortunately I get a parcel from them every month as I dis for the last year.. Thank you, Susan de Lange
