My overnight delivery parcel wasn't collected when it needed to be

My overnight delivery parcel wasn't collected when it needed to be. I called the call center just before 5:30pm and spoke to Hilda (HP038) and she contacted the collection center to collect the parcel in the evening. Grateful to the driver who should have already knocked off for coming out at 7pm. Hilda followed it up until the parcel was delivered the next day.
