I use online a lot most of my store that m buying from them using courier guy what an excellent service that I got from them but not dsv I won't recommend my family to you guys pathetic service even customer service department won't be able to help you with anything one lady she even hung up the phone to me while enquiry about the parcel And u a not getting any call about the delay on delivery. The parcel that I bought last time and requested refund the tracking no is ZNQT***3 I WISH KINGSLEY HEATH USE DIFFERENT COURIER NOT DSV REGARDS KINGSLEY *** ***
