My name is Nifty I had an issue with DSV Road regarding my parcel which was received by them on the 22.12.2023, I could not trace the parcel and I contacted their call centre and my query was handed to Esabel Ngobeni who did a great job on following up with my parcel n also following up with me, my parcel was delivered.
