My Horrific Excperience with DSV

The courier for Unisa students is DSV Couriers. I have had an issue with a bad attitude from call centre agents informing me they have up to 6 days to deliver my study material. Today they have failed to deliver the parcel on time. When I called the call centre they informed me they were having issues locating the parcel and to be patient. I have still heard nothing back from them about the issue.

This is truly the most useless courier company I have ever dealt with! The staff is rude, they fail to provide service on time and I doubt my study material will arrive at all. I honestly recommend fetching your study material from Unisa yourself.
