My experience with DSV has been the worst for me this time around

My experience with DSV has been the worst for me this time around. I received my parcel a month later. I called for about 2 weeks requesting for my parcel to be delivered. I really appreciate all the help I have received and the feedback I’ve been receiving from the person who was handling my complaint , they really made me feel important as a customer. The problem with DSV is the people that are delivering the parcels. They don’t make sure that you received your parcel on time or they deliver at the right .
