My biggest regret

My biggest regret it was using this company to courier my parcel, it was my first time and my last time. Before I sent the parcel I read the reviews here and I thought maybe it was a once off thing with these negative reviews. Trust me this company is Unreliable. All the negative reviews here are all true I am one of the victims. The funny thing is that my parcel is not even received until today. When I trace the parcel it shows the delivery Failed and the last location is not even in the town where it supposed to be received 😳. Useless Shem
